Candice C.M. Tlustosch is a general practice attorney who focuses
primarily on Family Law, Criminal Law, Civil Litigation, Estate
Planning, Business Law, and Business Formation.
Candice has tried numerous felony, misdemeanor, divorce, custody, and other
civil cases and appeared in front of judges and juries in multiple counties.
Candice handles family law matters including custody and placement
disputes, child support matters, paternity cases, and post-divorce
disputes. Candice has served as guardian ad litem for children and
as a court-appointed guardian ad litem and adversary counsel in
guardianship and protective placement proceedings involving adults
throughout Monroe County, La Crosse County, and Vernon County.
Candice is involved in the La Crosse communitty as a active member
in the Rotary Club of La Crosse. This organization has partnered with
multiple local businesses to help better the La Crosse community with
projects such as: Mobile Meals, Rotary Lights, Come for Supper,
Salvation Army Bell Ringing, iFeed, and USO La Crosse Regional Airport
Lounge.
Most recently, in March of 2020, Tlustosch Law Office, LLC was selected as Best of La Crosse Award in the Local Business category. After the end of the term, Candice returned to private practice with an even greater knowledge of the law and an understanding of how each individual case appears to the judiciary. This term helped Candice's further evaluate her case management skills, knowledge of the law, and ability to analyze both sides of a case continue to help her advocate diligently for her clients.
